We got in touch with Harris to learn more about him and his comics. He shared, “I’ve been drawing my whole life and decided about a year ago to commit to my art full-time. Without any formal training, I’ve been blessed to find an audience that appreciates my drawings and humor.”
Despite recent success, Harris faces uninspiring days like any artist. He copes with creative blocks by noting down ideas immediately in his notes, even if they seem strange or incomplete. During dry spells, he revisits these ideas, often finding unexpected gems. Harris emphasized, “You never know what will resonate with people, so I draw any idea I find funny.”

Transforming ideas into comics varies in time, with webcomics taking a few hours to draw and color. Harris also works on long-form comics, expecting some to be finished in the coming months.
