We are excited to share more hilariously relatable comics by Dre, who goes by TheRandomNinjaKitty on Instagram. Dre’s bright, funny comics became popular in 2023. Go here to see her work before that. Her style is simple, clean, and full of playful jokes and innovative puns.
Being influenced by pop culture, trending memes, and social issues only, Dre’s comics really have a lot of relatability. She says, “I used to make comics about my coworkers back when I was still in high school. They loved them. From then on, I started creating comics about my friends, capturing inside jokes and funny moments. I’ve just been doing it since then, for fun.”

Along with the comics, Dre gives fans Instagram uploads of her fan art from movies such as Adventure Time and Samurai Jack. The general comedy of life in her comic attracts the audience: awkward social encounters and relationship bumps to commutes home from work and general frustrations. Many of the characters in the comics are based on people she knows in real life her boyfriend and best friend.
